LCS Senior Living - - 80 Heritage Road - Responsibilities:
Provides care to residents according to each residents individualized plan of care and according to facility policies and procedures;
Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed;
Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated;
Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed;
Turns and positions residents who are unable to position themselves every two hours
