• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full‑Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
