Role Description

The Bridal Attendant position is a full-time, on-site role located in Southbury, CT. The Bridal Attendant will support wedding parties and ensure a seamless experience on the big day. Responsibilities include assisting Maître D with attending to the couples needs. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and effective communication with both the wedding party and hotel staff.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work seamlessly with bridal parties, guests, and team members.
  • Experience in hospitality, banquet serving, or customer service is highly beneficial.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced settings.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and a variety of shifts to meet the needs of events.
