Seabury at Pomperaug Woods is seeking a Temporary Dining Room Manager to provide leadership and support to our dining services team during a temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, service-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with residents, staff, and guests.

Monday through Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

• Lead and supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional service
• Coordinate daily dining room operations and staffing
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Maintain high standards for dining room presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure resident satisfaction through outstanding hospitality
• Manage schedules and staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Support quality assurance and service excellence initiatives
• Manage reservations and seatings

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, senior living community, or similar hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Organized, flexible, and solution-focused approach
  
  Hospitality or restaurant management education preferred
