Your Role and Responsibilities

The Cloud Service Delivery Manager is a key member of the CSDM team. The CSDM team works with the delivery team during implementation and after go‑live and will route questions to the proper groups in Oracle.

  • Conduct regular governance meetings to review open issues and elevate support requests, answer questions, provide metrics on support and change requests, and elevate solutions to problems
  • Assist with coordinating upgrade and migration plans, when necessary
  • Provide information on planned maintenance activities
  • Update on future product planning and enhancements
  • Guide users on navigating the Oracle Support Cloud portal
  • Route feedback to the appropriate team to affect changes to HSGBU products and processes
  • Provide assistance with user setup and management

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Strong service governance and client management skills
  • Experience with cloud operations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Familiarity with support portals (e.g., Oracle Support Cloud)
  • Effective communication and escalation management
  • Ability to drive process and product improvements
  • User administration and basic cloud security knowledge
