Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall operations with full P&L responsibility. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven manufacturing executive with deep experience in tight-tolerance machining, AS9100 quality systems, and aerospace production environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all business operations including manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive operational excellence across precision machining, assembly, and production activities
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, FAA, and ITAR requirements
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee NPI, process engineering, and manufacturing optimization
- Manage supplier performance, inventory, and customer delivery commitments
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team with clear goals and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership or general management with P&L responsibility
- Strong background in precision aerospace component manufacturing
- Proven experience with AS9100, NADCAP, and Lean/CI initiatives
- Hands-on leadership style with strong operational discipline
