RN Shift Supervisor – Southbury, CT

The Care One Health Care Center is hiring an RN Shift Supervisor for the Southbury, CT location. This role offers a balance between life and work, with full‑time and part‑time opportunities.

Job Summary

As RN Shift Supervisor you will coordinate and oversee all nursing activities during your shift, ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, and act as the facility’s representative in the absence of higher administrators.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day nursing operations during your shift.
  • Ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Represent Administration at the facility when the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator are unavailable.
  • Delegate administrative authority, responsibilities, and accountabilities as required.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or RN program (preferred). Alternatively, LPN/LVN who is enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing RN licensure.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health‑care setting.
  • Experience in skilled nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations (preferred).
  • Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
Compensation

Bonus of $7,500 for full‑time employees (37.5 hrs/week) and $3,750 for part‑time employees (22.5–30 hrs/week).
