As our Weekend Baylor LPN, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care while supporting and guiding your team.

Your impact will include:

• Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery
• Providing hands‑on nursing care based on individualized resident care plans
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with families and providers
• Completing accurate assessments, documentation, and shift reports
• Conducting rounds to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Responding promptly to emergencies and resident needs
• Supporting admissions, discharges, and care plan development

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in Connecticut
• CPR certification
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work in a fast‑paced environment

This role includes active, hands‑on care: standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents as needed in a dynamic healthcare setting.
