Temporary Weekend Baylor LPN (Work 24 Hours, Get Paid for 32!)

Our Weekend Baylor Program offers the perfect balance:
- Work only 24 hours (weekends)
- Get paid for 32 hours

As our Weekend Baylor LPN, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care while supporting and guiding your team.
Your impact will include:
- Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery
- Providing hands‑on nursing care based on individualized resident care plans
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with families and providers
- Completing accurate assessments, documentation, and shift reports
- Conducting rounds to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Responding promptly to emergencies and resident needs
- Supporting admissions, discharges, and care plan development

We’re looking for a confident, caring clinician who can lead with both skill and heart.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in Connecticut
- CPR certification
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing (preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work in a fast‑paced environment
This role includes active, hands‑on care: standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents as needed in a dynamic healthcare setting.
