Nurse Supervisor (RN)

, we’re looking for a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for our 3pm-11pm shift who brings both clinical excellence and leadership presence to every shift.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a dedicated nursing team

As Nurse Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on your assigned shift by:

  • Overseeing nursing staff to ensure high-quality, individualized care
  • Conducting resident assessments and ensuring care plans are followed
  • Coordinating communication between residents, families, physicians, and staff
  • Making staffing adjustments to maintain safe coverage
  • Rounding regularly to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
  • Responding quickly to clinical changes and emergencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Supporting admissions, discharges, documentation reviews, and audits
  • Acting as a key leader and resource for your team

You’ll also play a role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff development
, helping create a strong and collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
  • Active RN license in Connecticut
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation care
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

  • Stay on your feet and engaged throughout your shift
  • Jump in to assist with direct care as needed
  • Work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
