Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services.

* Join Primary Care MDs and NP/PAs

* Outpatient offices open Monday-Friday

* Provide on-call coverage within the primary care group, approximately 1 in 8
