Through our Baylor Program, you’ll work just two 12-hour overnight shifts every weekend (24 hours total) and receive 32 hours of pay in recognition of your commitment to providing outstanding resident care.

As the RN Baylor Nurse Supervisor, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the overnight shift
• Support and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Perform resident assessments and oversee care delivery
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and state regulations
• Promote a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence

• Current Connecticut RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
