Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the CGO Department to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, associate engagement);
Lead onboarding, training, and development of CGO associates and manage staffing/scheduling;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency standards across CGO operations;
Collaborate with Store Management and other departments to ensure merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy;
Utilize reports and technology to optimize profitability and store performance
