Catering Supervisor

Location: Westcliff-on-Sea

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 36.75 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible patient experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting the Patient Dining team to deliver an excellent meal service to patients across all hospital wards.
• Leading by example to maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction.
