The Role Service, maintain and install fire alarm systems across your designated area Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines Accurately complete service reports and documentation Identify faults, non-compliances and system issues, providing clear feedback Maintain a strong focus on health & safety at all times Work closely with colleagues and wider teams to ensure smooth operations Strive for first-time fixes wherever possible What We're Looking For Solid background working with fire alarm systems Relevant industry training (FIA or equivalent advantageous) Comfortable using handheld tech / job management systems Good understanding of health & safety best practice Ability to work at height and handle equipment when required Strong customer-facing skills and communication Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Full UK driving licence This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants more than just a job - somewhere you can build a long-term career, be recognised for your work, and operate within a genuinely supportive environment.
