This role serves residents at all levels of care and requires both strong event-planning skills and a dynamic, engaging presence. The position calls for a "country club" level of hospitality paired with "cruise director" energy — someone who not only plans and executes large-scale events but also actively engages residents, facilitates participation, and creates an atmosphere that is vibrant, welcoming, and fun.

Normal working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional out-of-town trips. The employee must be punctual and present for all scheduled shifts.
