Diet Aide

Description

St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC is currently seeking full‑time and part‑time Diet Aide positions in The Health Center, our skilled nursing facility.

Part time

Rotating Shift

• Assisting with the preparation, set up, and delivery of all meals.
• Learning and working with the Certified Dietary Manager to develop meal plans, collaborating with cooks on the line, and delivering meals to residents.
• Ensuring that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies and preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations and our established policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining a good working rapport with inter‑department personnel and other departments within the community.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be punctual, team‑oriented, and willing to learn.
• On‑the‑job training will be provided.
