As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting and supervising the daily activities of Nursing Assistants. You ll be a key member of our care team, helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, following the Five Rights of Medication Administration.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
  • Monitor residents  health status and communicate changes to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide comfort, support, and compassionate care to residents and families.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
What We re Looking For
  • Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in accordance with state regulations.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
