As a  
** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting and supervising the daily activities of Nursing Assistants. You'll be a key member of our care team, helping ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.

What You'll Do

+ Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.

+ Administer medications safely and accurately, following the Five Rights of Medication Administration.

+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.

+ Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the appropriate team members.

+ Provide comfort, support, and compassionate care to residents and families.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.

+ Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

+ Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in accordance with state regulations.

+ Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care setting preferred.

+ Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
