Job Summary

Join Plante Moran as an Audit & Tax professional. This role focuses on ensuring the financial health of organizations and creating business solutions beyond spreadsheets. It involves exposure to various service lines and client interactions across all levels.

• Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Plan, test, research, and report on financial statements, compiling, reviewing, and compliance work.
• Prepare and analyze tax positions for corporate, partnership, individual, and international federal, state, and local returns.
• Engage with staff at all levels and with a broad portfolio of clients.
• Travel locally, nationally, and occasionally internationally as required.

• Detail‑oriented leader with strong problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Completion of requisite degree and credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of earning a CPA license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese & English or Chinese & English is a preference.
