Overview
We are looking for an internship candidate to join our audit and tax team. As an intern, you will receive the same experience as entry‑level staff, working on a variety of financial engagements and building fundamentals in accounting and taxation while contributing to meaningful client interactions.
Responsibilities- Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
- Plan, test, research, and report on financial data.
- Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
- Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local tax work.
- Interact with staff at all levels and with a variety of clients.
- Assist the team with crafting business solutions beyond spreadsheets.
- Detail‑oriented leader with problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or a related field); a Master’s degree in accounting or tax is preferred.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- On track to complete the required credentials to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of obtaining the CPA license.
- Strong academic performance and a commitment to professional development.
This is a non‑exempt position and may require hours that exceed a standard 40‑hour work week. Some local, national, and occasional international travel may be required.

CompensationThe compensation range for this role in CO, IL, and MA is $36.00 – $36.00 per hour.
