Responsibilities
- Assist the Controller in the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, entity reporting, annual planning, and tax reporting.
- Support financial analysis, operational improvements, and staff development.
- Participate in special projects such as merger & acquisition due diligence.
- Act as a key resource for the internal accounting team, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting efficient operations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English is a plus.
