Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization supporting both major OEM customers and large government contracts
. This role will have a strong focus on Accounts Receivable
, contract analysis, and improving financial processes through technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable activity for OEM customers
- Research customer contracts to understand billing requirements, terms, pricing, and payment obligations
- Support large government contracts
, including researching contract requirements and resolving billing or payment discrepancies - Analyze outstanding receivables and partner with internal teams and customers to resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to improve AR, billing, and financial processes
- Utilize AI, automation, and technology tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and analysis
- Develop reporting and analysis around receivables, collections, and customer trends
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, sales, and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- OEM experience required
- Strong Accounts Receivable and financial analysis experience
- Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts
- Government contract experience is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Tech-forward mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement
Compensation: up to 90k
