Reception & Office Admin
Global IT is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating daily office activities, and creating a positive first impression for students, visitors, and business partners.
Location:
Southfield, Michigan
Schedule:
32–40 Hours per Week (Based on Eligibility)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain office calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Assist prospective students with information, registration paperwork, and course-related inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
- Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, clients, and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, office administration, or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
