Responsibilities

  • Supporting the FRP team; assisting with day‑to‑day administrative duties, file coordination, meeting coordination, project support, and responding to general requests from audit teams.
  • Tracking and uploading financial report packages to governmental entities and assisting audit teams with completion of the Data Collection Form.
  • Uploading various reporting packages:
    • Michigan K-12 school reporting packages to the Michigan Department of Education
    • Michigan municipal reporting packages to the Michigan Department of Treasury
    • Single audit reporting packages to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse
  • Daily tracking of report package status and reporting to FRP leadership and audit teams.
  • Administrating FRP online platforms, including Yammer, Knowledge Share page, and Teams sites.
  • Coordinating various training sessions and team meetings as requested.
  • Assisting with various projects as needed.
  • Assisting in the print room as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Communications, or another related business field.
  • 1‑5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Professional services firm experience is a plus.
  • MS Office experience required (MOS certification is a plus).

Compensation

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account additional factors including responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

In early‑career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market‑based starting salaries among employees within the same hiring group, ensuring fairness and reflecting current industry benchmarks for entry‑level talent.

Compensation range: $22.00/HR - $32.00/HR
