Front Desk Administrator

Brightview Care is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to serve as the face of our Southfield office. This position is ideal for someone who has previous ABA administrative experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both families and clinical staff.

We're looking for a self-starter who can work independently, anticipate needs, and help keep our office running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients, families, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond promptly to emails and Microsoft Teams messages.
  • Support daily front office operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office deliveries.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Order, organize, and distribute client therapy materials and supplies.
  • Assemble new client materials and maintain inventory of therapy resources.
  • Coordinate stimulation (stim) sessions for Behavioral Technicians.
  • Communicate with BCBAs, Behavioral Technicians, and office staff regarding materials and scheduling.
  • Create employee identification badges and coordinate replacements and updates.
  • Assist with office events, special projects, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Capture office photos and assist with creating social media, marketing, and recruitment content.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administrative experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare setting is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is a plus.
