Your role .- Provide day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams in a remote and in-person format.
- Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations,report sand spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings and events including travel arrangements for partners and staff.
- Navigate reporting, create and review client invoices,utilizinghours and expense detail in Firm’s practice management system.
- Attain proficient level of operational knowledge in the Firm’s operational systems like Workday, WYN, andLCvistain order tobe capable of training practice staff inappropriate useof system.
- Align and support arrangements for internal and external meetings/events in conference rooms (includingneeded equipment and/or conference and video calls, catered meals, set-up, clean-up, etc.).
- Assist with administrative projects.
- Responsible for frequent communications with all levels of the organization.
- Focused support with operational procedures related to multiple practice areas within Management Consulting.
- Assist with Southfieldoffice-level support needs.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Higher level of education/college coursework preferred.
- 5+ years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative whilemaintaininghigh confidentiality.
- Solid technicalproficiencyincluding knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
