Dialysis Registry Clerk – Northland Park - 40 Hours/Week
Functions as the face and voice of the dialysis unit, providing a welcoming atmosphere for patients and others, both in person and on the phone. Under general supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, completes relevant forms, enters key information into databases, uses and provides reports. Obtains patients
¿ records, schedules tests and treatments, registers new patient, types miscellaneous materials and performs other related duties.

** by entering and updating information in Dimensions—you'll be the organizational backbone keeping everything on track. - ** Manage lab computer responsibilities
** and keep our data flowing seamlessly through our systems. - ** Stay on top of Network/CROWN Web requirements
** to ensure we're meeting all compliance standards. - ** Create monthly reports and statistics
** that tell the story of our program's success and impact. - ** Champion infection control and prevention
** by adhering rigorously to all protocols—safety is non-negotiable, and you'll help us maintain the highest standards. - ** Keep our workspace thriving
** by maintaining office supplies, ensuring a neat and safe environment, and speaking up proactively about any concerns you spot. - ** Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team**, communicating effectively and building strong working relationships across departments.

REQUIRED:
- Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Requires computer experience; familiarity of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with entering information into databases preferred.
