- Experience coordinating vendors, building management, facilities activities, and office services
- Experience managing front desk operations, visitors, mail, packages, and office supplies
- Ability to track facilities requests, follow up on issues, and escape when necessary
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to serve as the on-site administrative and office operations point person for a busy corporate office in Southfield, MI. The role will support day-to-day office activities, facilities coordination, vendor management, employee support, and administrative operations while working independently with minimal supervision.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors and vendors, and provide professional customer service
- Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, deliveries, and other office correspondence
- Coordinate vendor visits, building management activities, facilities services, and office operations
- Follow up on facilities requests and tickets, track issues, and escape concerns when necessary
- Order and maintain office supplies while supporting the day-to-day needs of employees and departments
- Maintain schedules, administrative records, reports, trackers, and other office documentation
- Use Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint to manage administrative activities, communication, reporting, and presentations
