Midas is a family‑owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi‑unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations. The Store Manager is the leader of the shop
. They are customer‑facing, responsible for managing workflow, profitability, and overall team performance.

Achieve monthly targets for Gross Profit, Tires, Financing, Car Count etc.

Ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and adherence to repair order process.

• Write and review repair orders, estimates, and inspections.
• Dispatch and prioritize jobs to ensure every vehicle is inspected & presented within 45 minutes.
• Sell recommended services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Train and manage Service Advisors, CSRs, and Technicians.
• Monitor KPIs like technician productivity, first‑time fix rate, and service time.
• Conduct meetings, set goals, and drive sales performance.
• Control expenses (parts, labor, warranty claims, comebacks).
• Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor returns.
• Oversee compliance, safety, and shop appearance.

• 5 years Automotive Retail sales and/or management experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Valid driver’s license

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission Pay
