As a Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of account executives and recruiters in the generation, development, and account management of all business within a specific market. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of client solutions. You will partner with your local Recruiting leader to ensure your sales and recruiting teams work closely together in coordination to deliver solutions that meet the client needs.
The Director will be responsible for helping their team and The Judge Group be successful through profitability, revenue growth, and team engagement and development. Reports directly to Regional Vice President.
Primary Responsibilities Business Development 50%
• Devise and execute a business plan to drive revenue and cultivate key strategic customer relationships for your market.
• Develop and implement effective marketing/sales campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with key hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Negotiate business terms.
• Assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals.
• Secure partnerships that are mutually beneficial to both the Judge Group and our customers
• Generate leads;
Review and qualify sales opportunities based on The Judge Group criteria and strategy.
• Coordinate talent needs to fulfill client opportunities with Recruiting Leadership and other lines of business
Team Hiring, Development and Engagement 20%
• Hire sales executives that embody The Judge Group values and have critical competencies, experience, and mindset.
• Coordinate onboarding of new sales executives
• Coach sales team:
Help them grow strategic customer base, acquire new clients, and expand services at existing clients.
• Foster collaborative environment within the office, across lines of business, and with back-office support teams
• Identify and coordinate learning opportunities in accordance with team and industry needs.
• Monitor office team engagement and address issues
Account Management 15%
• Conduct QBRs with clients.
• Monitor client success metrics and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to expand services at existing clients and meet the Judge Group strategic priorities (cross-selling)
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Escalate payment issues with client when needed.
• Manage and mitigate delivery risks with the client
Operational Leadership 15%
• Forecast and manage PnL
• Develop and submit annual business plans and budget requests.
• Set and uphold team expectations for quality, performance, and collaboration with other teams.
• Act as an escalation point for team issues.
• Lead regular meetings with the intent to inform and engage the team on company initiatives and updates.
• Partners with Recruiting Manager to drive contractor re-deployment within market.
• Facilitates weekly meetings with team.
• Ensures recruiting team adherence to recruiting policies and processes

Experience Requirements:
- Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated business development executive with 5-7 (minimum) years of sales experience in IT staffing
- Proven relationships in the marketplace and book of business
- Experience selling IT staffing or technology solutions.
- Experience leading a team, forecasting and managing a P&L, preparing and presenting winning proposals.
- The ability to build your own sales desk – lead by example
- Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect, qualify and close business at the C-level and line management levels.
- Ability to travel extensively within territory.
