Salary: $25/hr – $26.44/hr

Job Summary- Build and maintain knowledge of applicable TD Facilities, including layout changes and personnel.
- Verify and log all visitor names, security access levels, and report lost or stolen badges.
- Provide general information, aid and guidance to visitors and TD Personnel, including way finding.
- Notify applicable TD Personnel of visitor arrivals or meetings and provide escorted visits to appropriate locations.
- Assist visitors with accessibility needs.
- Keep updated on planned on‑site meetings and events, leveraging TD Facility resources to welcome and accommodate visitors.
- Ensure the image and quality of services are tailored for all TD Personnel and visitors.
- Maintain a professionally presented and orderly front reception desk for receiving visitors and employees.
- Maintain workplace etiquette by reminding TD Personnel of standards and raising concerns with TD.
- Fulfill any TD request within Concierge Personnel realm of abilities and skills as directed by TD, including Ad‑hoc projects, data entry, event planning, signage creation/posting, and reception area décor, requiring minimal time away from the dedicated desk.
- Monitor, document, and report any issues with the TD Facility to the Ambassador Owner or TD Global Securities and Investigations (GSI).
- Gather information for any information technology or facility issue, submit requests to the applicable area, and coordinate with other suppliers for access, ensuring remediation and closure.
- Perform light cleaning duties including wiping down countertops, microwaves, fridges, coffee equipment, and furniture during visual inspections.
- Maintain tidy café areas: empty/load dishwashers, put away dishes, clean counters and appliances.
- Manage all café supplies and common area inventory levels (approved smallwares, supply room, coffee, soap, paper towels, sanitizer, etc.).
- Monitor and replenish coffee and café supplies, staying within the predetermined par level.
- Ensure intended seating locations are restored on the floor.
- Update community boards on each floor with pre‑approved TD content or reviewed content.
- Provide basic meeting room technology troubleshooting.
- Conduct daily reviews of wellness rooms, mother’s rooms, group prayer areas, and project rooms to ensure cleanliness and stock.
- Volunteer as a fire warden, assisting with first‑aid kit replenishment.
- Partner with other internal onsite food services per Food Services SOW when applicable, recommending lunch and snack options and providing delivery where required.
- Manage room bookings as requested, including larger rooms requiring equipment, ensuring AV/telepresence is ready, chairs are intact, etc.
- Confirm correct rooms are booked based on participant count.
- Review meeting room requirements with the organizer, including attendees, equipment, and refreshment/catering needs.
- Book meetings with lead time for setup and/or clean‑up, if catering or equipment is required.
