Responsibilities
- Manages and grows strategic customer relationships to drive revenue, ensure satisfaction, and deliver tailored solutions in the field of Wires Automotive.
- Direct interface with customer purchasing organization.
- Identify key decision makers at potential customers and develop strong long‑term business relationships in order to secure new business and retain current business.
- Identify customer needs and act as the customer voice at internal meetings.
- Key stakeholder during the RFQ process in order to position internal cross‑
functional teams to customer and internal requirements. - Manage all aspects of customer quotations and price breakdowns.
- Provide upper management with direction and market trends of products and
customers so the company can gain a competitive edge. - Gain access to all relevant product portfolio key information.
- Together with upper management develop, implement and lead business and sales
strategies to enable growth. - Grow market share through expansion of existing business as well as new customer
acquisition. - Work closely with internal upper management, Engineering and Purchasing
organizations locally and in Europe/Mexico. - Achieve revenue and profit targets in line with the business plan and budget.
- Manage and recover costs for prototype parts, ED&D, engineering change notices,
piece price and tooling. - Be able to analyze complex customer specifications and requirements.
- Manage price strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
- At least 3–5 years of appropriate experience in the field of Automotive Harness is a must.
- Willingness to travel – 20 %.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured, customer‑focused manner.
- Strong customer focus.
- Analytical and conceptual skills.
- Goal‑oriented entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute on a global level.
