Overview
Directing automotive industry data products, the role focuses on defining and scaling analytical solutions for real-time incentives, pricing, inventory, and scenario planning. The incumbent will be an energetic, forward‑thinking leader who identifies business problems and develops innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end data product lifecycle: defining strategy, outcomes, and roadmap; validating with customers; and partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring data products to market at scale.
- Focus on early wins and align deliverables to roadmap milestones targeting readiness in 2026.
- Collaborate with User Interface Product Managers to integrate data products into key customer‑facing products.
- Own the multi‑quarter roadmap, including MVP scope and post‑MVP enhancements.
- Ensure product strategy and roadmap align with business goals into measurable product outcomes and prioritize features accordingly.
- Support Voice of Customer (VoC) activities with target personas to validate use cases and value propositions.
- Translate user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria into data product requirements, collaborating with Data Science and Product Development.
- Represent data product and analytics during cross‑functional go‑to‑market strategy development and execution, including product definition and training sessions.
- Establish data QA/QC requirements to understand data and modeling accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, or a related quantitative field; equivalent industry experience accepted.
- 7–12+ years in data analytics, product management, or pricing/incentives strategy, preferably in automotive or mobility.
- Experience implementing AI technologies into the product space.
- Experience setting requirements for highly complex Data Science, Analytics, or Scenario Planning.
- Proven ability to own end‑to‑end data delivery and communicate complex analytics to executive stakeholders.
- Strong skills in roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment.
- Direct exposure to incentive planning, OEM sales operations, or financial planning roles.
- History of successful executive‑level presentations at OEMs and internal leadership forums.

Compensation & BenefitsUS applicants: base salary range $160,000 – $200,000, with variation based on location, experience, and skills. Additional annual incentive plans and company‑wide benefits are available.
