The Pursuit Strategy & Proposal TeamThe members of the Pursuit Strategy & Proposal Team serve as strategic partners in helping the firm reach its business goals. Working in a fast-paced and creative environment, we write and design business proposals and presentations to support the firm’s business development and pursuit of new opportunities. We are seeking a candidate with strong interest in writing and marketing.
Your role .As the Proposal Operations Coordinator, your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for coordination and execution of tasks for a variety of projects that result in successful completion of firm new business proposals
- Works with team to create, review, and deliver proposals to internal firm partners, which will include: review, selection, and customization of content from our library, document formatting, selection and customization of graphics, proofreading, and communication with internal colleagues and other teams
- Trains firm Administrative Team on proposal best practices, including: formatting, locating and selecting content, working with practice staff, and editing
- Assists Pursuit Strategists with large proposals, which will include: formatting, researching, and writing
- Coordinates internal and external research programs and projects, including audience identification, communications, and tracking
- Responsible for upkeep of internal database, communicating best practices to the team, assisting with data analytics, and supporting annual reports
- Responsible for creating and publishing weekly report to senior leaders
- Planning and logistics of internal team meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or other related subject area
- Requires approx. 1 year of experience in marketing/sales/writing, inclusive of internships, volunteer positions, and other work
- This position may require some local and inter-state travel
- This position may require occasional overtime work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite
