Responsibilities

  • Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution.
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with contractual responsibilities.
  • Coordinate client engagement within overall program and facilitate decision‑making processes.
  • Monitor budget, schedule, and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects.
  • Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
Qualifications
  • Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4–8 years of building, design, and construction experience in project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field.
  • Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant preferred.
  • Construction cost estimating experience desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; familiarity with BIM.
  • Must reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate for this opportunity.
  • Frequent travel throughout the region with approximately 20% overnight travel.
Compensation

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $130,000–$160,000.
