Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR) is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating vendors, monitoring budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for compliance with contractual responsibilities.
- Coordinate client engagement within the overall program and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Monitor budget, schedule, and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of PMR policies and procedures on projects.
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree, or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 4-8 years of building, design, and construction experience in project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field.
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant preferred.
- Construction cost estimating experience desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; familiarity with BIM.
- Qualified candidates must reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate.
- Frequent regional travel, approximately 20% overnight travel.
Eligible staff receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. A discretionary bonus plan is also available for eligible staff. Self-employed or contingent staff may elect to receive health insurance with limited paid sick time.
CompensationBase salary range: $130,000-$160,000.
