Operations Management, Procurement / Purchasing
Description
At Brewtopia, it’s more than coffee — it’s about disciplined execution that protects growth velocity. As a fast‑growing 7 Brew franchise group expanding across multiple states, once permits are secured, construction performance becomes an execution responsibility, not a development variable. Our impossible goal: 200 stands and $500M in revenue by 2028. Our goal: scale rapidly without breaking schedule, cost discipline, or quality.
To do that, we need a Construction Leader who not only delivers projects, but builds the systems, vendor network, and infrastructure required to scale construction across markets. This role is execution‑owned and systems‑driven, supports projects in both MI and NY, and requires travel.
