Project Engineer (Mechanical) – Local Roles

Locations: Rio Rancho, NM | Arlington, TX

Salary: $90K – $110K Base + Full Benefits

We are actively hiring Project Engineers with strong mechanical experience to support large-scale construction projects, including hyperscale data centers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role while working on complex, high-impact builds.

• Support execution of mechanical scopes (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking
• Gain exposure to large-scale, mission-critical construction

• 2–5+ years of construction experience (Project Engineer or APM level)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems (required)
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or data center projects preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Clear path to Project Manager
• Exposure to hyperscale data center projects
