Construction Manager/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Site Manager, Building & Residential Construction
- Supervise and manage commercial and industrial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
- Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction phases to support safe, timely project execution.
- Oversee ground-up construction, additions, renovations, and structural or building-systems integration work.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and project requirements.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and overall site execution.
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and code-compliance activities as required.
- Maintain a strong focus on OSHA requirements, site safety, and risk management.
- Work cross-functionally with project teams, contractors, engineers, architects, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Minimum of 4 years of recent, verifiable commercial or industrial construction experience at a journeyman, supervisory, or higher level, gained within the last 10 years.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and construction disciplines.
- Working knowledge of structural, civil, architectural, and building systems.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and construction-site safety.
- Experience with larger-scale or complex construction projects; experience with public, institutional, industrial, or complex private developments is preferred.
- Background may include experience as a Licensed General Contractor, Construction Superintendent, Onsite Project Manager, Foreman, Lead Tradesperson, or responsible managing employee/officer of a construction organization.
- Ability to provide documentation and references supporting relevant project experience, including project scope, responsibilities, and dates.
- Ability to meet applicable state contractor licensing requirements and successfully complete required NASCLA and/or state contractor licensing examinations, where applicable.
