Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR) is excited to invite a dynamic and growing Project Manager to join our expanding team. If you’re passionate about driving projects to success and eager to contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have experience leading construction projects from inception to completion.
Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) provides fully integrated Program Management/Owners Representation and Real Estate Services exclusively to corporations and institutional organizations, specifically publicly funded programs.
Your roleYour work will include, but not be limited to:
- Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors required for complete project execution.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for compliance to contractual responsibilities.
- Coordinate client engagement within overall program, facilitate the decision making process.
- Monitor budget, schedule and project risk items; facilitate issue resolution.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects.
- Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.
- Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 4-8 years building, design and construction experience in project management, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction field.
- Experience working for an Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred.
- Construction cost estimating experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling Software; familiarity with BIM.
- Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate.
- Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travel.

Other NotesPlante Moran maintains a drug-free workplace. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The compensation range for this role is $130,000-$160,000 for CO, IL, OH, and MA.
