Client Services Representative

Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Client Services Analyst in their Southfield, Michigan location.

Seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to join a dynamic operations team supporting high-net-worth clients and financial advisors. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage time-sensitive reporting while delivering an exceptional client experience. Ideal candidates are quick thinkers, strong communicators, and collaborative team players.

• Process and manage daily operational reports with strict deadlines
• Handle confidential and sensitive client information with accuracy and discretion
• Provide phone support to clients and financial advisors (approximately 50% of the day)
• Deliver a service-first experience across all client interactions
• Collaborate with team members in both virtual and in-person environments
• Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and feedback initiatives
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) at an advanced level

• Proven experience in a client service or operations support role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of client service experience
