Answers inbound sales and service customer calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, complete returns, collaborate with vendors to source products, and upsell to increase sales.;
Effectively manages customer interactions across inbound calls and emails using MSC systems and cross-department collaboration.;
Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues including billing, credits, returns, payments, sourcing, pricing, availability, product recommendations and account questions.;
Delivers customer service in alignment with MSC quality standards to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.;
Conducts extensive follow-up through a ticket management system to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
