Job Title
This role serves as a visible, mobile presence within the office environment, enhancing the workplace experience through hospitality, colleague support, space readiness, and operational coordination. Ensures shared spaces are welcoming, functional, and engaging while providing day-to-day support for colleagues, visitors, and workplace events.
Job Description SummaryMaintains cafés, coffee stations, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms to ensure they are organized, operational, and guest-ready
Manages inventory and replenishment of workplace supplies and amenities
Conducts regular workplace walkthroughs, identifies issues, and coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities
Provides real-time workplace assistance, guidance, and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors
Supports workplace programming, enterprise events, and colleague engagement activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and event execution
Performs furniture movement and room reconfigurations to support business and event requirements
Submits, tracks, and coordinates facilities and technology service requests
May support additional workplace safety responsibilities such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative
Education & ExperienceAssociate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of related experience
Experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer service and hospitality-oriented mindset with demonstrated adaptability and initiative
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
