Human Resources Specialist at Mike Morse Law Firm

Mike Morse Law Firm is seeking a professional, energetic, and client-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and callers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our office.

Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome to the organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phones, directing inquiries, greeting guests, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Training

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Schedule (Post-Training)

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 AM–4 PM | 9 AM–5 PM | 10 AM–6 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, directing them efficiently and professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule conference room bookings, ensuring readiness and availability.
  • Retrieve, organize, and accurately file electronic records into designated systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and common areas.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to interact respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and comfort handling high call volumes.
  • Proficiency with office software, email platforms, and internal filing systems.
