Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support, HelpDesk/Support
Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our client’s team in Southfield, MI. This is a Hybrid Contract position.
SALARY: $25-$27 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, ideally from a call center
- Ability to type and be on the phone simultaneously
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Experience using dual monitors
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Exceptional customer service skills; clear communication skills
- High School Diploma
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls from clients, providing outstanding customer service
- Resolve inquiries such as username/password resets, address updates, and phone number changes
- Document call activity accurately within proprietary systems during customer interactions
- Respond to inquiries or complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face contact
- Research and review requests or issues using policies, procedures, and available resources
- Coordinate resolution efforts with relevant departments
- Inform customers of procedures or resolution steps
- Follow up verbally or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Determine the best approach to resolve customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies
