We're seeking a creative marketing professional and graphic designer to join our team and contribute across a wide range of marketing communications initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong blend of business acumen and creative design expertise. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external clients to address their marketing objectives effectively. A significant portion of this role involves supporting proposals, sales presentations, and client reports.

At times, the position will also involve working directly with clients to help advance their communications efforts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to continue developing their skills and expertise. Success in this role requires grit and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Your role . Your work will include, but not be limited to:
  • Working closely with the proposal team to develop responses to requests for proposals, including aligning content to required formats, creating compelling visuals to support our story, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and writers to address prospective client questions.
  • Designing visually engaging presentations for clients and prospective client audiences.
  • Supporting K-12 bond information campaigns by helping guide strategy, materials development, and design conversations with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Supports the marketing team with special projects and marketing campaigns as needed
  • Edit and produce video content (experience a plus, but not required)
  • Supports a broad mix of strategic and creative initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Public Relations is required
  • Applicants are strongly encouraged to have an online portfolio.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Previous editing and producing video content is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask multiple projects/tasks and reprioritize as needed.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint.
  • Limited travel is required with this position.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
