Neonatal - Perinatal Medicine Physician

Join a dedicated healthcare team at a renowned facility in Southfield, Michigan, seeking a fellowship-trained Neonatologist for in-house coverage 4-6 times a month. This position is at a Level 3 NICU, offering a supportive environment with a team of experienced neonatologists. Your expertise will be valued as you provide care from 7 PM to 7 AM, attending to the needs of neonates during critical hours.

• Provide in-house coverage at a Level 3 NICU.
• Attend C-sections as required.
• Transfer neonates when necessary.
• Manage an average daily caseload of 12 patients.
• Document patient care using Cerner/Ecare/Power Chart EMR.
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists for optimal patient care.

• Fellowship-trained in Neonatology.
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Clean background check.
• Availability to work 4-6 shifts per month.

• Current Michigan medical license (required).
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Self-Query NPDB report (to be pulled within the month).
