GPS Solutions is looking for a passionate, collaborative, and experienced Instructional Coach to support educators and help drive student success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coaching teachers, strengthening instructional practices, and supporting school-wide initiatives that improve outcomes for all students.
The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with a strong background in mentoring first-year and new teachers, implementing effective instructional strategies, and supporting Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for at-risk students.
What You'll DoAs an Instructional Coach, you will:
- Coach, mentor, and support first-year and new teachers to strengthen instructional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement research-based instructional strategies that improve student achievement.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of MTSS programming, with an emphasis on meeting the needs of at-risk students.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide timely, constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
- Design and facilitate engaging professional development sessions and instructional workshops.
- Partner with teachers and school leaders on curriculum planning, instructional design, and best practices.
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement school-wide instructional goals and initiatives.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience
. - Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting first-year and new teachers.
- Experience working with at-risk students and implementing MTSS interventions.
- A bachelor's degree in School Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Literacy, or a related field
. - School administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
