Barton Malow's LEAPS (LEArning Practicum for Students) summer program is the best real-life construction experience the industry has to offer. Established in 1984, students join Barton Malow each summer to learn and gain experience of different building types and delivery methods.

Through training, daily job functions and company networking events, LEAPS interns become thoroughly prepared to enter the industry. With a history of making students employable, the LEAPS program provides a meaningful experience that enhances the student's classroom education. Those who perform well are invited back to the program each summer and continue to build their careers. By the time a student graduates, he or she will have experiences and exposure from several aspects of the industry and a resume to build upon in the future.
