-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.
We are currently searching for a Summer Intern to implement more efficient use of AI across several functional areas at our Corporate Headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.
What you will do:- Explore and apply artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to improve efficiency of business processes, information gathering, and presentation of information
- Design and develop Microsoft Copilot Agents to support selected business workflows
- Support projects such as document comparison tools, AI-driven CAD analysis, packaging estimators, pricing estimation, and data analysis
- Collaborate with Auria team members across multiple functional areas
- Present completed projects to a cross-functional Auria audience
- Other duties as assigned.
- Hands-on experience applying AI and Copilot technologies
- Exposure to a Tier 1 automotive business environment
- Cross-functional collaboration and mentorship
- Professional development through project ownership and presentations
- Currently pursuing a college degree (junior or senior preferred)
- Interest in AI, automation, and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working with data and documentation
